Iskandar Halal Park (IHP), previously known as Johor Halal Park is a subsidiary of UMLand Bhd focusing in developing the Halal Sector with the objective of creating a world-class integrated Halal industrial park within a freehold industrial development site in the Eastern corridor of Iskandar Malaysia has launched its Sales Gallery on 2nd of July 2019.
Present at the sales gallery was UMLand’s Chairman, Tun Musa Hitam who also officiated the launch ceremony. “Halal product has an international and world market, and everybody has now realised, discovered and recognised it,” he said as he envisioned the expansion of the industries nurtured within the Iskandar Halal Park to the international market by taking an example from the main market segments such as the food, pharmaceuticals and cosmetics’ industries that are expected to reach 2.2 billion consumers collectively by 2030.
IHP has sold-out their shop office of 36 units; small business Terrace Factory (A1) with the land size of 32’x80’ and built-up area of 3,433 sq ft and also Terrace Factory (A2) with the same land size and built-up area of 3,368 sq ft. Their Cluster Factory with land size of 101’x 85’ and built-up area of 5,897 sq ft is still available while the Link Detached Factory with Multi Usage Factory (retail + office + showroom + warehouse) spanning across land size of 140’ x 158’ and built-up area of 15,296 sq ft is available in limited units.
